Luis Díaz has officially joined FC Bayern Munich on a four-year deal from Liverpool in a transfer worth €75 million.

The Colombian winger was unveiled today as Bayern’s latest marquee signing and expressed his delight at joining the German champions:

“I’m very happy, it means a lot to me to be part of FC Bayern – it’s 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐛𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝.”

He added:

“I want to help my new team with my style of football and my personality as my goal is to win every possible title – we will work towards that every day as a team.”

Diaz becomes a central figure in Vincent Kompany’s plans at Bayern as the club looks to bounce back strongly in the upcoming season.
