Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, representing Kogi Central, has accused Senate President Godswill Akpabio of sexual harassment during a live television interview.

The two lawmakers have been at odds since last week, following Akpabio’s directive for Akpoti-Uduaghan to change her Senate seat, which she refused.

Speaking on Arise TV on Friday, February 28, 2025, Akpoti-Uduaghan claimed her challenges in the Senate stem from her refusal to engage in a sexual relationship with Akpabio.
