Onitsha, Anambra State. Early results from the ongoing election indicate that the All Progressives Congress (APC) has won in polling units associated with former Anambra State Governor and Labour Party presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Obi.

Reports from electoral officials and party agents show that the APC secured victory in the polling units located within Obi’s stronghold, as counting and collation continue across the area.

Observers note that voting and result collation have so far been peaceful and orderly, with residents commending the smooth conduct of the exercise.
