The All Progressives Congress (APC) has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of esteemed Islamic cleric, Sheikh Dahiru Usman Bauchi, who died at the age of 101.

Sheikh Dahiru Bauchi, a highly respected scholar and leader of the Tijaniyya Muslim Brotherhood, was celebrated for his lifelong dedication to Islamic teaching, peacebuilding and the propagation of moral values. The party noted that his demise leaves a significant void in the religious and moral landscape of the nation.

The APC extended its condolences to his family, the people and government of Bauchi State, and the entire Muslim Ummah, praying that Almighty Allah grants the distinguished cleric Al-Jannah Firdaus.
