
MultiChoice Nigeria has officially announced the return of Big Brother Naija for its highly anticipated 10th season, premiering over two nights on Saturday, July 26 and Sunday, July 27, 2025. This milestone edition promises 10 weeks of intense entertainment, culminating in the grand finale on Sunday, October 5, with a record-breaking prize of N150 million up for grabs.
Auditions for the season drew massive participation, with online entries between May 3 and 7, followed by physical auditions in Lagos, Abuja, and Enugu from May 16 to 18. Executive Head of General Entertainment at MultiChoice, Busola Tejumola, described the new season as a celebration of a cultural legacy that has shaped Africa’s reality TV landscape since its 2017 debut.
Though the official theme remains under wraps until premiere night, viewers can expect an electrifying experience with returning host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu at the helm. The live shows, eviction nights, and 24/7 coverage will air on Africa Magic channels, DStv Channel 198, GOtv Channel 49, Showmax, and on streaming apps for mobile users.
