Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, has instructed his legal team to discontinue all pending lawsuits he filed against Senator Natasha and other individuals.

Akpabio disclosed the decision while speaking publicly, explaining that he had previously instituted nearly nine legal actions against persons he accused of making false, defamatory and damaging claims against him. He said a moment of personal reflection prompted the change of heart.

According to him, guidance he received during a religious encounter made him reconsider his approach, leading to the decision to halt all ongoing litigation. He subsequently directed his lawyers to formally withdraw every suit filed in his name.

The move marks a significant shift in stance by the Senate President and has drawn attention within political and legal circles, coming amid heightened public scrutiny surrounding the disputes.
