The Borno State Government announced the passing of Commissioner for Finance Ahmad Ali Ahmad on Monday.

State Commissioner for Information and Internal Security, Usman Tar, confirmed in a statement that Ahmad passed away on Monday morning.

The statement also noted that his burial will take place at 5 pm on Monday, August 26, 2024, at his family residence on Damboa Road, behind the Indimi residence in Maiduguri.
