The launch event, held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at Novotel Abidjan-Marcory, introduced the company’s high-quality cement products — CEM I and CEM II brands (32.5R, 3X42.5N, 3X42.5R, and 52.5N) — to the Ivorian market.

The event brought together industry leaders, government representatives, and business stakeholders who hailed Dangote’s investment as a boost to Ivory Coast’s infrastructure development and economic growth. The company’s presence in Abidjan underscores its commitment to enhancing self-sufficiency in cement production across Africa while ensuring consistent product quality and competitive pricing.

With operations already established in multiple African countries, Dangote Cement’s entry into Ivory Coast reinforces its position as the continent’s leading cement producer. The new facility in Attingué is expected to create jobs, stimulate local economies, and support the country’s ambitious infrastructure and housing projects.
