The Dangote Petroleum Refinery has announced a fresh reduction in the depot price of diesel, bringing it down from ₦990 per litre to ₦960. The new price represents a decrease of ₦30 per litre.
This adjustment is expected to ease operational costs for businesses and transporters who rely heavily on diesel, while also helping to moderate inflationary pressures in the economy.
The refinery, which began operations earlier this year, has consistently reviewed its pricing in response to market dynamics and government consultations aimed at stabilising the energy sector.
