Dr. Bala Maijama’a Wunti has formally joined the All Progressives Congress (APC) and strengthened the party’s ongoing membership registration exercise in Bauchi State with the donation of 212 tablet devices and ₦169.02 million in logistics support.

A delegation led by Usman Ya’u, on behalf of Dr. Wunti, presented the items to the party at the APC State Secretariat in Bauchi. The donation is aimed at enhancing digital registration, data capture, and coordination across all 212 wards of the state, in line with APC guidelines.

The delegation explained that each ward received one tablet, which remains the property of the party and is intended solely for the membership registration exercise. The devices are expected to improve efficiency and transparency at the grassroots level.

In addition, the ₦169.02 million logistics support will assist party officials, registration agents, and supervisors with operational needs, including transportation, data connectivity, power supply, and field coordination.

The delegation emphasized that the intervention is a practical contribution to strengthening the APC’s internal processes and grassroots structures and is not connected to any declaration of political ambition.

They also confirmed that Dr. Bala Maijama’a Wunti has formally registered as a member of the APC, in accordance with the party’s rules and procedures.

APC officials welcomed the support, noting that it would significantly enhance the smooth and effective conduct of the membership registration exercise across Bauchi State.
