Dr. Doris Uzoka-Anite, CFA, has expressed her gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for redeploying her to the Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning as Minister of State. She described the appointment as a great honour and reaffirmed her commitment to supporting the Renewed Hope Agenda and delivering measurable outcomes for Nigerians.

In her statement, Dr. Uzoka-Anite also congratulated Mr. Taiwo Oyedele on his nomination as Minister of State for Finance, wishing him a smooth confirmation process and success in his new role.

She emphasized her intention to work closely with the Minister, HE Abubakar Bagudu, the ministry’s leadership, and stakeholders across the federation to align planning, budgeting, and implementation, advance national priorities, strengthen coordination, and accelerate inclusive growth.

Dr. Uzoka-Anite thanked President Tinubu for his leadership and confidence, pledging to serve diligently in her new capacity.
