The Minister of State for Finance, Dr. Doris Uzoka-Anite, has met with officials of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to strengthen collaboration on economic policy.

During a working visit to the Bank on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, she was received by the Deputy Governor of Economic Policy, Dr. Muhammad Sani Abdullahi, and the Deputy Governor of Financial System Stability, Mr. Phillip Ikeazor.

The meeting focused on aligning fiscal and monetary policies to stabilize the economy, control inflation, and boost confidence in the financial system. Both sides expressed commitment to closer cooperation in driving reforms under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
