The Federal Government has announced the establishment of Nigeria House Davos ahead of the 56th Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF) 2026, scheduled to hold from January 19 to 23, 2026, in Davos, Switzerland.

The initiative marks Nigeria’s first official National House on the Davos Promenade and is designed as a strategic platform to showcase the country’s economic reforms, investment readiness, institutional capacity, and cultural identity on the global stage. Nigeria House Davos is expected to support the attraction of foreign direct investment, deepen strategic partnerships, and strengthen Nigeria’s global economic positioning in line with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

According to the Federal Government, Nigeria House Davos is being delivered through a Public–Private Partnership framework involving key ministries, including the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, the Ministry of Finance, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in collaboration with the private sector. Eviola & Co Integrated Services Ltd is serving as the Lead Coordinating and Executing Organisation, working in consortium with Lex-Con Advisory Services Ltd and UFAM Services Nigeria Ltd, alongside international technical partners.

The platform will function as a sovereign convening space for ministerial engagements, high-level roundtables, policy dialogues, investment meetings, cultural diplomacy activities, and strategic bilateral discussions. Its five-day programme will focus on thematic areas such as solid minerals and mining value chains, trade infrastructure and agriculture, climate investment, energy and environmental sustainability, digital trade and technology, creative economy and cultural exports, as well as cross-sector convergence, with finance, legislation, investment security, and investor assurance integrated across all sessions.

The Federal Government noted that for decades, leading countries and global corporations have used national houses at Davos as tools of economic diplomacy and global influence. With the launch of Nigeria House Davos, the country aims to present its narrative directly to global decision-makers and position itself as a reform-driven economy open to partnerships and investment.

The Presidency has encouraged active participation by public institutions, the private sector, development finance institutions, and international partners to ensure a unified and impactful Nigerian presence at the 2026 World Economic Forum.

Nigeria House Davos, the government said, underscores Nigeria’s ambition and readiness to engage the global community with clarity, credibility, and purpose.
