The Federal Government has launched an Impact Challenge to strengthen and deepen measurable outcomes from the Three Million Technical Talent (3MTT) digital skills programme across the country.
The initiative is designed to ensure that skills acquired under the programme translate into tangible results, including job creation, entrepreneurship, innovation, and problem-solving. It also aims to improve impact assessment as the programme continues to scale nationwide.
Authorities said the challenge will focus on real-world application of digital skills, strengthening community-driven learning structures and supporting participants to convert training into employment and economic opportunities.
Since its launch, the 3MTT programme has supported hundreds of thousands of learners nationwide and is positioned as a key pillar of the Federal Government’s digital economy and youth empowerment agenda.
The Impact Challenge marks the next phase of the programme, reinforcing the government’s commitment to building a globally competitive digital workforce and expanding opportunities for young Nigerians.
