FG to Integrate Technology into Education, Says Vice President Shettima

Vice President Kashim Shettima has assured that the Federal Government will incorporate technology into Nigeria’s educational infrastructure to address challenges related to human capacity and resources, aiming to enhance learning outcomes.

During a meeting with the World Bank Nigeria team at the Presidential Villa in Abuja on Wednesday, Shettima emphasized the administration’s commitment to leveraging technological advancements to improve the nation. “With the evolving global technological landscape, President Bola Tinubu’s administration will harness all available opportunities to add value to the country,” he stated.

The Vice President further reassured that the government is committed to driving change, even though the process may be challenging. “Be rest assured that where there is a will, there is always a way. Change is a very painful percolation process. But I know we will get out of this very soon and be on the path of sustained growth,” Shettima said.

This initiative forms part of the broader strategy of the Federal Government to modernize key sectors, ensuring Nigeria remains competitive in the global landscape.
