The Special Adviser on Media and Public Communications to the President, Sunday Dare, has confirmed that Nigeria’s Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Mr. Wale Edun, is recovering well.

In a brief update from Abuja, Dare said he had a light conversation with the minister over a bowl of amala, during which Mr. Edun assured him that he was getting better. Dare noted that the minister was in good spirits and expressed optimism about his full recovery.

Mr. Wale Edun, a key figure driving President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s economic reform agenda, continues to receive messages of goodwill from colleagues and Nigerians across the country.
