The First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and National Chairman of the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI), Senator Oluremi Tinubu, on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, hosted the Mid-Term Assessment and Interactive Session with beneficiaries of the RHI/National Scholarship Programme (NASP) at the State House, Abuja.
The event was graced by the Wife of the Vice President, the Minister of Education, the Director-General of NITDA, and wives of top government officials, underscoring the national importance of the initiative.
The interactive session brought together 47 scholars currently benefiting from the RHI/NASP, providing them with a platform to reflect on their academic journeys, share ideas, and evaluate progress made so far under the programme.
As part of the session, each of the 47 beneficiaries received the third tranche of the scholarship — ₦1 million each — along with brand new laptops to further support their educational pursuits.
Senator Oluremi Tinubu reaffirmed the Federal Government’s commitment to investing in Nigeria’s young people, noting that education remains a key pillar of the Renewed Hope Agenda.
