Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has travelled to the United States to attend the wedding ceremony of his nephew, Afrobeats star David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido.
The governor, fondly called the “dancing senator” before assuming office, is expected to join family, friends, and top personalities for the high-profile event. Davido, one of Africa’s biggest music exports, has long been known for his close bond with his uncle, who has often publicly supported his career.
