Governor Oyebanji Joins NEC Meeting, Reaffirms Ekiti’s Commitment to Inclusive Growth

Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, has expressed satisfaction after participating in the National Economic Council (NEC) meeting held at the Presidential Villa in Abuja and chaired by Vice President Kashim Shettima. The governor stated that the session focused on strategies to accelerate national economic growth and improve citizens’ welfare across the country.

Oyebanji noted that Ekiti’s economic blueprint aligns with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s national vision, emphasizing inclusive development through structural reforms and major infrastructure investments. He stressed that his administration remains committed to working in harmony with federal policies aimed at strengthening the economy and ensuring equitable prosperity.

Reaffirming his government’s priorities, the governor pledged to sustain efforts toward job creation, investment attraction, and quality-of-life improvement for the people of Ekiti State. He described these goals as central to building a more resilient and prosperous state within the framework of national progress.
