


Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State on Tuesday received the Minister of Defence, General Christopher Gwabin Musa (Rtd), at the Government House on a courtesy visit.
The Governor congratulated the Minister on his recent appointment and reaffirmed Kaduna State’s commitment to working closely with the Federal Ministry of Defence and the Armed Forces to protect lives and secure communities across the state.
During the meeting, both leaders discussed enhancing security operations, improving intelligence sharing and coordination, and providing better support for security personnel deployed in Kaduna.
Governor Sani stressed that the safety and well-being of residents remain his administration’s top priority and pledged intensified cooperation with federal security agencies to ensure lasting peace and stability.
He also expressed gratitude for the Minister’s commendation of Kaduna State for its consistent support of security forces and voiced confidence that under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s leadership, Nigeria’s defence framework will continue to strengthen, delivering greater benefits for the state and the nation.
