Former U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris and acclaimed Nigerian author Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie are set to engage in a live conversation at the 2025 London Literature Festival. The event will take place on Thursday, October 23, at the Southbank Centre in London.

Harris announced the session on social media, expressing her excitement for the discussion with Adichie. The conversation is part of Harris’s global book tour promoting her memoir, 107 Days, which reflects on her brief but intense presidential campaign.

The festival, running from October 21 to November 2, is an annual celebration of writing, poetry, and performance, featuring international writers and thinkers. Adichie, known for Half of a Yellow Sun, Americanah, and Purple Hibiscus, is a prominent voice in literature and social commentary. Her participation highlights the festival’s aim to foster cross-cultural dialogue and explore themes of identity, politics, and global narratives.

Tickets for the event are available through the Southbank Centre’s official website.
