Vice President Kashim Shettima, representing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, attended the wedding reception of Samuel Aondoakura, son of Senator George Akume, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, in Benue State. Upon arrival, he was honoured with a Guard of Honour before proceeding to the reception.

The wedding united Samuel Aondoakura and Deborah Ershima, daughter of Engineer Msula Atoga. The ceremony brought together family, friends, and key public figures, reflecting the significance of the occasion.
