Marc Anthony and his wife, Nadia Ferreira, have announced they are expecting their second child together, marking another milestone for the music icon and his growing family.
The 57-year-old singer and the former Miss Paraguay, who got married in 2023, shared the news in a joint Instagram post on January 28 while celebrating their third wedding anniversary. The photo showed the couple’s hands, alongside those of their two-year-old son, Marco, gently resting on Ferreira’s baby bump.
In the caption, written in Spanish, the couple described the pregnancy as a profound blessing, expressing gratitude for what they called a precious gift from life. Ferreira added that their son Marco is set to become a big brother.
The announcement means the couple will soon become a family of four. The unborn child will be Marc Anthony’s eighth, expanding an already large blended family. The singer has children from previous relationships, including Arianna Muñiz and Chase Muñiz with Debbie Rosado; Cristian Muñiz and Ryan Muñiz with his first wife, Dayanara Torres; and twins Emme and Max Muñiz with singer Jennifer Lopez.
Although Anthony tends to keep his role as a father private, he has occasionally spoken about the joys and challenges of parenting, particularly during the years he raised his twins.
