The National Assembly has released certified true copies of four tax reform Acts recently signed into law by President Bola Tinubu. The move comes amid public concerns over alleged discrepancies in the previously gazetted versions.

The Acts released include:

Nigeria Tax Act, 2025 Nigeria Tax Administration Act, 2025 National Revenue Service (Establishment) Act, 2025 Joint Revenue Board (Establishment) Act, 2025

The release aims to clarify the provisions of the laws and ensure transparency in the country’s ongoing tax reform efforts.
