Nigeria is set to host its inaugural International Air Show from December 2–4, 2025, at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, marking a historic milestone in the country’s aviation history.

Organized by the Federal Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development in partnership with private-sector sponsors, the event commemorates 100 years of aviation in Nigeria. It aims to attract foreign airlines, investors, and industry partners, promoting investment, infrastructure development, and trade.

The three-day show will feature exhibitions by local and international airlines, business networking sessions, and aerial displays by the Nigerian Air Force. The government emphasized that private sector funding is driving the event, with no public funds used.

Officials say the air show will help modernize Nigeria’s aviation sector, enhance connectivity, and strengthen the country’s position as a hub for aerospace and aviation in Africa. Visit www.jocomms.com for more news.
