Nigerian investors gained ₦579 billion on Tuesday as the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) sustained its bullish run. The All-Share Index rose to 153,354 points, pushing market capitalisation to ₦97.7 trillion.
Trading activity remained strong, with 677 million shares exchanged across 27,589 deals, while market breadth was neutral to positive: 27 stocks advanced, 27 declined, and 92 were unchanged.
Top gainers included Aluminium Extrusion (+9.96%), Austin Laz & Co (+9.81%), and Custodian Investment (+9.69%), while Royalex, Champion Breweries, and Nascon Allied Industries recorded losses.
