Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck has courageously shared his personal battle with illicit drug addiction during his university days at the University of Lagos. Despite being a bright student, he struggled with substance abuse, which nearly cost him his life after a severe overdose. This eye-opening revelation came during his recent appearance on the Tea With Tay podcast.

Recalling the harrowing experience, Odumodublvck revealed how the overdose prompted him to reach out to his mother and arrange for a flight back home to Abuja, marking a turning point in his life. Following that terrifying incident, he managed to avoid drugs except for one final attempt before committing to quitting entirely.
