NNPC Completes Recruitment, Issues Appointment Letters to Successful Candidates

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has announced the successful completion of its 2024 recruitment exercise, with appointment letters set to be issued to selected candidates.

In a statement released on Monday, NNPC’s Chief Corporate Communications Officer, Olufemi Soneye, confirmed that the recruitment process adhered to the highest standards of fairness, transparency, and merit-based selection.

“NNPC Limited is delighted to announce the successful conclusion of its recruitment exercise, which was conducted with the utmost fairness, transparency, and rigour, and is highly regarded as one of the best in the country.

“Following this completion, successful candidates will be receiving their appointment letters,” he stated.

Recruitment Exercise & Future Opportunities

While expressing appreciation to all applicants, Soneye encouraged those who were not selected to stay hopeful for future opportunities within NNPC Limited, Nigeria’s leading state-owned energy company.

“We express our sincere gratitude to all applicants who participated in the process. We are hopeful that those who were not selected this time will look forward to future opportunities with NNPC Limited.

“We continue to uphold our commitment to excellence and equal opportunity in our hiring processes as we strive to build a world-class energy company.”

According to reports, no fewer than 45,689 candidates participated in the computer-based aptitude test as part of the NNPC recruitment process aimed at securing employment within the company.
