Daniel Bwala, special adviser to President Bola Tinubu on policy communication, has stated that Peter Obi will not secure the presidential or vice-presidential nomination of the African Democratic Congress (ADC).

In an interview on The Clarity Zone Podcast, Bwala argued that Obi does not possess the capacity to serve as director-general of any coalition movement, implying limitations in his political influence within party structures.

Bwala’s comments add to ongoing debates about Obi’s political ambitions and the strategies of the ADC ahead of the 2027 elections.
