The Office of the National Security Adviser (NSA) has announced intensified training for a special squad under the Nigeria Forest Security Service, aimed at rooting out criminal elements hiding in the nation’s forests.
According to the NSA, this initiative is part of the federal government’s renewed efforts to combat insecurity and restore lasting peace across Nigeria. The specialized squad will focus on surveillance, intelligence gathering, and rapid response operations within forested areas where criminal activities have been prevalent.
