American rapper Kiari Kendrell Cephus, popularly known as Offset, has revealed that he has closed the chapter on marriage for good. The former Migos star, who tied the knot with Cardi B in 2017, disclosed during an appearance on the Full Send Podcast that he has no plans of remarrying, describing marriage as an experience he has already lived through.
“Marriage isn’t for me. I’ve been through it, I’ve had three kids from it, and it feels like a mission I’ve already completed. I’ve lived that experience,” Offset explained while reflecting on his highly publicized relationship.
His comments come amid the ongoing divorce proceedings with Cardi B, who filed to end their marriage in August 2024, citing irreconcilable differences. Despite her filing, the case remains unresolved as she revealed earlier this year that Offset has yet to sign the divorce papers. Their marriage—marked by dramatic reconciliations, controversies, and viral moments—produced three children. Meanwhile, Cardi B continues to make headlines of her own as she faces trial over allegations of assaulting a pregnant security guard.
