
In a historic ceremony held in Benin City on Tuesday, Dennis Idahosa Okpebholo was sworn in as the new governor of Edo State, succeeding Governor Godwin Obaseki. The event was attended by prominent political leaders, traditional rulers, and a large gathering of citizens who celebrated the transition of leadership in the state.
In his inaugural address, Governor Okpebholo expressed his gratitude to the people of Edo State for their trust and commitment to the democratic process.
