President Bola Tinubu is set to depart Abuja for Beijing, China, on Thursday, August 29, for an official visit.

During his trip, Tinubu will make a brief layover in the United Arab Emirates before arriving in China. In Beijing, he is scheduled to meet with President Xi Jinping and engage in discussions with Chinese business leaders on the sidelines of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation. 

The President will be accompanied by senior government officials throughout the visit.
