The Minister of Youth Development, Ayodele Olawande, disclosed this in Abuja at the 2025 Strategic Youth Leadership Conference, where he explained that the initiative would be delivered through the Nigerian Youth Academy and the National Learning Platform.

According to him, the program will cover areas such as digital literacy, vocational training, and enterprise development, while also supporting job creation through labor and employment schemes. The government is also targeting 70 percent digital literacy by 2027 as part of its broader Renewed Hope Agenda.
