President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the appointments of Louis Odion as Executive Commissioner, Operations, and Ummusalma Isiyaku Rabiu as Executive Commissioner, Corporate Services, of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC). The appointments aim to strengthen the leadership of the commission and enhance its mandate to protect consumer rights and promote fair competition in Nigeria.

In a related development, President Tinubu has also approved the appointment of Hon. Hafiz Kawu as Commissioner (Technical) of the National Pension Commission (PenCom). This appointment is expected to reinforce the commission’s technical capacity and ensure efficient management of Nigeria’s pension system.
