President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has paid glowing tribute to his wife and First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, as she marks her 65th birthday today.

In a heartfelt message issued from the State House, President Tinubu described the First Lady as his “steadying anchor” whose quiet strength and enduring grace have supported him through years of struggle, political exile, and national leadership. He noted that beyond being his wife, she remains his confidant, counsellor, and source of unwavering inspiration.

The President praised Senator Oluremi Tinubu for her sacrifices, patience, and compassion, stating that while she may not serve from the podium, her quiet role at the heart of their home has contributed immensely to the nation. He emphasized that in her, their children, grandchildren, and indeed the country at large, see the true strength of womanhood, resolute, humble, and firm.

“Today, as your husband, I thank God for your life, health, and unwavering love. As your President, I salute you as the First Lady whose warmth and empathy continue to touch millions of lives across our land,” Tinubu said in his tribute. He prayed for her continued joy, peace, and fulfilment in the years ahead.
