
President Bola Tinubu has extended his deepest condolences to Governor Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom State, following the tragic loss of his wife, Pastor Patience Umo Eno.
In a heartfelt message, the President, on behalf of the Federal Government, expressed his sympathies to the Eno family, as well as the government and people of Akwa Ibom during this time of sorrow.
President Tinubu mourned the loss of the state’s First Lady, acknowledging her significant role in supporting Governor Eno’s administration. He highlighted her qualities of humility, resilience, and loyalty, noting that as both the wife of a visionary governor and an ordained gospel minister, Pastor Patience Eno was an exemplary figure.
He praised her dedication to service, especially through her ‘Golden Initiative for All,’ which aimed to uplift the people of Akwa Ibom, particularly the women, children, and vulnerable members of the community. The President lauded her for the positive and lasting impact she made, which he said will continue to inspire future generations.
