President Bola Tinubu and First Lady Senator Oluremi Tinubu have departed Nigeria for a state visit to France at the invitation of President Emmanuel Macron and First Lady Brigitte Macron.
The visit, aimed at strengthening diplomatic ties between Nigeria and France, includes a ceremonial welcome at Les Invalides, a historic 350-year-old French military museum in Paris. President Tinubu will also be received at the Élysée Palace, the official residence of the French President, where formal ceremonies will precede bilateral talks.
