President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has extended warm congratulations to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Tajudeen Abbas, on his 60th birthday, describing him as a worthy partner in advancing the Renewed Hope Agenda.

In a statement issued on Wednesday, the President commended Abbas, who also serves as Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, for his deep knowledge, wisdom, and openness in legislative leadership. He noted that under Abbas, the House has passed many impactful pieces of legislation that have contributed significantly to national development.

President Tinubu further praised the Speaker’s integrity and selfless service, which he said have been instrumental in maintaining stability in the House. While celebrating the milestone, the President also congratulated the people of Zaria Federal Constituency in Kaduna State for electing Abbas as their representative since 2011. He prayed for Speaker Abbas’ continued good health and many more years of service to the nation.
