President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to building a credible, secure, and verifiable national identity management system as a foundation for achieving Nigeria’s development goals.

Speaking at the State House during the official launch of the NINAUTH App, a digital and mobile-based identity authentication platform developed by the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC), the President emphasized that technology remains central to promoting efficiency, transparency, and accountability in governance.

President Tinubu further announced that all Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) will soon adopt the NINAUTH App for staff and data verification, stressing that a unified digital identity framework is essential for inclusive national planning and service delivery.
