President Tinubu Swears in New Ministers from Plateau and Enugu States

President Bola Tinubu on Thursday swore in Dr. Bernard Mohammed Doro from Plateau State and Dr. Kingsley Tochukwu Udeh (SAN) from Enugu State as ministers at a Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting held at the State House, Abuja.

Dr. Doro was confirmed by the Senate to replace Prof. Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda, who was elected as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in July 2025. He holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Jos, an LL.B in Law from University College London (UCL), an MBA in Information Technology and Business Strategy from the University of Leicester, and an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice from Anglia Ruskin University. He is also pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration and an MPhil in Leadership and Management at the Catholic University of Murcia, Spain.

Dr. Udeh, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, was nominated from Enugu State to replace Uche Nnaji, who resigned on October 7, 2025. He earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Nigeria in 2005 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2006. He also holds a Doctor of Laws in Public Law from Stellenbosch University, South Africa, and an LL.M. in Public International Law from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. Dr. Udeh has served as the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice of Enugu State.

The swearing-in ceremony underscores President Tinubu’s commitment to bringing experienced professionals into his administration to strengthen governance and service delivery.
