Romy Reiner, the daughter of acclaimed actor and filmmaker Rob Reiner and his wife Michele Reiner, reportedly discovered her father’s body inside their Los Angeles home on Sunday, December 14, following a troubling phone call from a massage therapist, according to The New York Times.

The report states that the massage therapist contacted Romy after becoming concerned, prompting her to rush to the family’s residence. Upon entering the home, Romy allegedly found her father’s body. In shock, she fled the scene without realizing that her mother, Michele Reiner, was also deceased inside the house.

Paramedics later informed Romy that her mother had also been killed, the report said.
