Senator Ireti Kingibe, representing the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), has officially joined the African Democratic Congress (ADC) ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Her formal registration with the party is scheduled for Thursday at the ADC national headquarters in Wuse, Abuja.

The development was confirmed in a statement on Wednesday by her media aide, Kennedy Mbele.
