Severe flooding in southern Thailand has killed at least 33 people and displaced thousands, authorities say. Heavy monsoon rains have submerged homes, blocked roads, and cut off access to hospitals in several provinces.

Emergency Response: Military helicopters are airlifting patients and delivering food, water, and medical supplies to stranded communities. Schools and businesses remain closed in the hardest-hit areas.

Affected Areas: Provinces including Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, and Surat Thani have reported the most severe damage. Officials warn of continued heavy rain and possible landslides.

“The safety of residents is our top priority,” government officials said, urging people to follow evacuation orders. Visit www.jocomms.com for more news.
