Tinubu Celebrates Dangote, Hails His Impact on Nigeria’s Industrial Growth

President Bola Tinubu has extended warm felicitations to Alhaji Aliko Dangote (GCON), Africa’s leading industrialist and Chairman of Dangote Group, on the occasion of his birthday on Friday, April 10.

In a statement, the President acknowledged Dangote’s outstanding contributions to Nigeria and Africa’s economic growth and industrial development, describing him as a transformative figure in the continent’s industrial landscape.

President Tinubu praised Dangote’s entrepreneurial vision, resilience, innovation, and commitment to excellence, noting that these qualities have positioned Nigeria as a hub for large-scale petrochemical and cement production. He highlighted the establishment of the multi-billion-dollar Dangote Refinery and Petrochemical Company, as well as cement factories across Africa, as landmark achievements.

The President also commended the industrialist for his conglomerate’s role in job creation and infrastructure development, as well as his unwavering belief in the Nigerian economy and its vast potential. He described Dangote as a shining example of African enterprise whose success continues to inspire a new generation of entrepreneurs across the continent.

Tinubu further applauded Dangote’s philanthropic efforts through the Dangote Foundation, noting its significant impact in the areas of health, education, and poverty alleviation.
