Tinubu Hosts National Assembly Leaders at Presidential Residence

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Monday received the President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Tajudeen Abbas, at his residence in Lagos. The meeting provided a platform for both arms of government to discuss key national issues and legislative priorities for the year.

During the meeting, discussions centered on strategies to strengthen cooperation between the Executive and the National Assembly, particularly on economic policies, security, and governance reforms. Both sides emphasized the importance of unity and collaboration in driving the government’s agenda forward.
