The Federal Executive Council (FEC) will meet Monday afternoon, with President Bola Tinubu scheduled to chair the meeting.

The important meeting is scheduled to occur in the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

It follows the President’s attempt to address the continuing #EndBadGovernance protests during Sunday’s national broadcast.

After the program received a lot of backlash, the Council will meet to review the situation, talk about how to address the underlying economic issues that are causing the protests, and look into crisis resolution options.

The goal of the federal government is to come up with ways to reduce the financial strain and convince demonstrators to call off their protests. The outcome of the conference is anticipated to have a major impact on how the administration handles the present turmoil.
