President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has said former President Muhammadu Buhari instilled in Nigerians the understanding that public office is a sacred trust and not an opportunity for personal enrichment.

President Tinubu stated this while reflecting on Buhari’s years in office, noting that the former president’s leadership style was defined by discipline, personal integrity, and a strong sense of duty to the nation.
