Tinubu: We won’t succumb to terrorists, bandits, kidnappers

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has reaffirmed his administration’s determination to tackle insecurity, declaring that the Federal Government will not surrender to terrorists, bandits, kidnappers, or any form of criminal intimidation across the country.

The President stated that the safety and protection of Nigerians remain a top priority of his administration, assuring citizens that security agencies will continue to receive the support and resources needed to confront criminal elements.

Tinubu emphasized that efforts to secure the release of persons held captive by kidnappers and other criminal groups would remain a key national priority.

He acknowledged the pain and suffering caused by recent attacks and abductions in parts of the country but assured Nigerians that the government would intensify operations against terrorists, bandits, and kidnappers until peace and stability are restored.

The President also called on Nigerians to remain united and continue supporting security agencies in the ongoing fight against insecurity, expressing confidence that the country would overcome the threats posed by criminal groups.
