Governor Barr. Caleb Mutfwang has officially defected from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC), the ruling party in Nigeria. The announcement was made today by the APC National Chairman, Nentawe Yilwata, during the party’s national caucus meeting in Abuja.
